Studying expressiveness is something to discover for many dancers.
A territory to explore
Training in (Psm)*Movement Psychology is a barely explored territory in dance. It is betting on the future.
Expressiveness and performer.
+ Basic module I
Basic module is for acquiring and practising basic knowledge of expressivity and oneself (performer) as an expressive instrument.
Among others, basic understanding and listening of the internal mechanisms, work of conscience, the search for vulnerability or “sensitive body”, sensory resources, improvisation, experience or imagination and their transmission to movement and dance steps.
Creating the work
+ Module II
We work towards approaching the subject of the work or choreography. The creation in the body and the movement towards the steps, circumstances, character, conflict and dramatic action.
+ Module III
We investigate how to put the issues of Module I and II into practice in a piece of already created repertoire choreography and in a “little solo” that you will create.
Modules II and III include and deepen the issues of Module I “Basic”.
Customizable sessions and workshops
+ Adapted formats
To meet the personal, artistic, or teaching needs of institutions, companies or schools, and as an introduction or initiation in the handling of the techniques and issues, Module I of (Psm)*Movement Psychology can be designed or delivered in the form of custom workshops.
