Group of artists
The group’s view
The Gestalt approach is a place to explore your own difficulties and investigate how you work from the individual resonance reflected in others. You see yourself in others, and they in you.
The goal
Group work is an area of respect, security, privacy, listening and confidentiality for personal development. This supportive environment helps with the objective of opening up, of overcoming shyness to learn to understand ourselves with and through others.
Attract healthy and beneficial situations, people, behaviours and relationships.

How does Gestalt approach work?
Above all, Gestalt therapy believes that what allows “a repair process” is the very act of being in a group. The basics principles are, “seeing oneself reflected in the other” and “belonging”, from one’s own experience and that of others. And it is, from this double principle, where, little by little like peeling back layers, the group, through their own process, can help you with yours.
How long does the process take?
How long it takes is variable. It depends on how invested you are in your own growth. As we progress together, we will evaluate the need to continue or complete the process based on your skills, conflicts, and desire for transformation.
How to get started?
I invite you to share a first no-commitment conversation to meet us and see how I can help you. This session serves to assess your situation according to your circumstances. Neither time nor your financial resources will be limiting factors to helping you.
